Except, everything you said about what happened is an assumption that has no basis in proven fact. It could have happened like that, but we simply do not know. Let us assume however, that this IS what happened, does that still justify the killing? He feared for his life? Really? That's a huge leap, it's really not that easy for a teenager to kill a larger, stronger adult with fists. So, we have two leaps to justify all that happened AFTER a over zealous citizen provoked a teen because he thought that he might be a thief and you still want to say that morality was on the side of Zimmerman? Even he doesn't believe it judging by his current death spiral.

Again, that's a huge assumption. I would think that we definitely would have heard about it if a white teen was targeted and killed by a white community watchman for no other reason than that he 'thought' he 'might' have been a thief. Seems to me that such a story would be banner headlined. One of the main things that upset the family of the dead teen was that for a long time this story was not reported. They have a point.

I do. There is nothing that substantiates that his #### was being whooped or that he genuinely feared for his life. He said it but I don't think he believed it then and he certainly doesn't believe it now based on the trajectory his life is going down. However, that is still beside the point . There is no moral justification for taking this teens life.

He said it but I don't think he believed it then and he certainly doesn't believe it now based on the trajectory his life is going down. However, that is still beside the point . There is no moral justification for taking this teens life.

I won't bother to post the photographic evidence or the testimony of the neighbor… or the phone call which records GZ calling for help.

You don't find it odd that ™ autopsy indicated two notable injuries….. Bullet hole to the chest and bruised swollen knuckles.

Onlythose with the very advances cases of race-fixation syndrome watched that trial and believed ™ did not play a huge part in his demise.

The morality of the case is that It was an unarmed teen who was pursued for no good reason and killed because the person who did the pursuing didn't know about being a policeman, because he wasn't one. Good heavens, even Zimmerman displays symptoms of guilt, he's acting out big time. The flimsy evidence that is that he feared for his life, is just that, flimsy but the prosecution didn't have enough evidence to throw enough doubt in the minds of the jury. The case for murder was not proved, that's the best that can be said.

If George didn't have a gun, per the rules of his job as Neighborhood Watchman, the entire incident wouldn't have happened. George was the adult and he made bad decision after bad decision, because of the gun in his possession. I can accept the decision of the jury, and I can even agree that Treyvon didn't help the situation, bringing fists to a gun fight and all, but whatever exactly did happen falls primarily on good old George.

That was kind of my point. He forced a confrontation, killed him when he was getting the brakes beat off his butt, claimed SD when his story was weak sauce on it's best day, and the law believed him without a shadow of a doubt. If that was me and I did that to some unarmed teen, I'd be writing this from jail.
