White envelope - Medical exam???

Hey people :)

We just got married <3 and I'm about to send off my AOS application.

Here's my problem:

I got a big envelope after i completed my interview in Frankfurt, Germany. I opened it and it contained 2 envelopes i was not supposed to open, which i did not. After submitting the bigger one when i entered the US, I have one left: It's a white envelope that says something like ''contains medical examination - do not open - provide USCIS when requested''.

Now i have to send off my medical examination. I have read something about form I-693, which i should not file since i have completed my medical in germany prior to my interview. I keep reading things about the DS-3025. I do NOT have it, neither have i ever recieved it. I suppose it is in the envelope? So what do i send off now? Do just attach the white envelope to my i-485 application and the rest of the documents?

I'm kind of confused... It would be great if someone could help me out :S

I only sent the little white envelope and my AOS got approved without any hassle.

On a side note, I am however surprised that the panel physician did not provide you with a copy of the DS-3025. I got it even without having to ask for it. Maybe they just forgot in your case.

Either way, all medical results USCIS needs should be contained in the white envelope, so I wouldn't worry.

Oh great!

Thanks for the information. I'll wait a few days and ask my penal physician to fax me the ds-3025... just for me to have it (and because I'm curious) :P
