Status of My Case

All the Documents and fees are submitted .The detail of Last checklist letter is bellow.

We have finished reviewing your case. We will tell you when we set an interview date for your case. I have three questions

1 my baby is born few days ago i want to add my new baby in this case till now i have not sent anything regarding my baby to NVC.

2 Can this case Still be denied by interview counselor ?

Did you receive the case complete email?

You can still send the baby original birth certificate to nvc so they can add it to your case and submit ds-260 for baby and pay visa fee for that. Call NVC and explain it. Because if your wife go to interview still CO will ask you to submit ds 260 and pay fee online and may be give you another interview date.

As your AOS is not complete or you have low income . Find some cosponsor because now you have baby too check the poverty guidelines for that. If you don't meet the requirements gind a cosponsor.

If you see my post It says my aos meet mininum income requirement they finished my case and sent to embassy if I send some thing to NBC it will reopen my case .i can't send anything to Nvc now . My questions remains the same .
