I'm sure it's a "pain in the ####". Nixon was about to be impeached for faaar less than this guy's gotten away with. I'm sure it might take some man-hours to do, but a) the future of the country's at stake, b) Congress has ordered it, c) the IRS, the Obama administration and AG Holder have shown a remarkable unwillingness to be forthcoming regarding this. Any normal person would find this suspicious. It's worth doing.

Man, you are full of it. Tell me exactly what law the IRS has broken that has your panties in a bundle.

Tea party groups should be investigated

ALL 501c organizations should be scrutinized equally. Surely you can agree with that? "Equal protection under the law" and all that? Or is that just a theory to be ignored at will (as the preznit and AG have done so often)

This from Wiki:

Over the two years between April 2010 and April 2012, the IRS essentially placed on hold the processing of applications for 501©(4) tax-exemption status received from organizations with "Tea Party," "patriots," or "9/12" in their names. While apparently none of these organizations' applications were denied during this period,[Note 2] only 4 were approved.[49] During the same general period, the agency approved applications from several dozen presumably liberal-leaning organizations whose names included terms such as "progressive," "progress," "liberal," or "equality."

I read each article. None cite a single section of the United States Code that was supposedly broken by the IRS. The only code section mentioned was IRC section 503©(4) which is the section that governs these tax exempt organizations.

Total utter failure on your part.

That's what so comical Uncle beer, groups on the left were also investigated and denied. So what you complaining about.

I'll paste this in again, since either you didn't read it, or don't care about the facts:

Over the two years between April 2010 and April 2012, the IRS essentially placed on hold the processing of applications for 501©(4) tax-exemption status received from organizations with "Tea Party," "patriots," or "9/12" in their names. Explain please: how does this qualify as "equal protection under the law" as guaranteed by the 14th amendment?

Also this from Wiki:

On June 27, 2013, responding to letters from Rep. Sander Levin, the ranking member on the Ways and Means Committee, Inspector General J. Russell George's office released a letter to Levin about the scrutiny of groups with "progressive" in their names.[107][108][109][110] Contradicting earlier claims of George's office, the letter acknowledged that he knew that the word "progressive" had appeared in IRS screening documents.[109][110] However, he said that the "Progressives" criteria was on a part of the "Be On the Look Out" (BOLO) spreadsheet labeled "Historical," and, unlike other BOLO entries, didn't say how to refer flagged cases. While he had many sources confirming the use of "Tea Party" and related criteria described in the report, including employee interviews and e-mails, he found no indication in any of those other materials that "Progressives" was a term used to refer cases for scrutiny for political campaign intervention."[107] The letter further stated that out of the 20 groups applying for tax-exempt status whose names contained "progress" or "progressive", 6 had been chosen for more scrutiny as compared to all of the 292 groups applying for tax-exempt status whose names contained "tea party", "patriot", or "9/12."[110](subscription required)[111][7]

292 vs. 6. Sounds like "equal treatment", right? :ranting:

That's 501c. And "failure"?

Lagers.... Red Stripe my favorite.

You?

Hmm, I guess I like Belgian stuff. I like Chimay Bleu for fancy times and Stella for regular.

I also think the dogfish head guy is ###### awesome. He is getting ancient amphoras and jugs and whatnot and testing the residue on the inside with a scientist and making beers based on what they discover.

I like the shape of the red stripe bottle. It's utilitarian.
