All three of the following are true: (From NVC website)

You filed a Form I-130 petition for your relative, and

there is only one applicant on the Form I-130 petition, and

all your qualifying income comes from a salary or pension and shows one or more W-2 Forms that you receive

OK filed an I-130 for my wife

OK only 1 applicant my wfie

OK income came from W2 and uneployment 1099 form

Do I use the I-864EZ as it seems to fit per the rules of it . I am using a co sponsor so they would use the I-864 .

I-864 and I-864EZ sound correct ?

You never use an I-864EZ when there's a joint sponsor. You've also misread the second question badly.

hi

if you are using a joint sponsor, then no you cannot use the ez, it's for sponsors that don't need joint or co sponsors, that have enough to be the only sponsor
