You can optin for EP once you have the GUZ number.

One more question with the EP, do I need to wait for the AOS invoice becore apply for the EP?

Or can I enroll in the EP once I get the case number (GUZ#) on the phone and wait for the AOE invoice?

On the VJ's NVC WiKi, it said do not optin EP before the AOE invoice, but some people said thats not right at all.

Pushbrk is correct, you can enroll once you have the GUZ number. Here's the but, the reason you see posts about waiting until you have the AOS invoice before doing so is because some people have had their case get stuck in a dead zone by enrolling prior to having received the AOS invoice (I've seen it happen to two VJ members) and it took some doing before the case was moving again. Granted this was 2-3 years ago so I don't know if that issue still exists or not.

After I done with the I864 form, there are few questions came up in my mind.

1. Do I need write a letter along with the I864, to explain the relationship between my sisiter and me, also explain why/how she is willing to support us as well?

2. Do we need to provide any docs that to prove the relationship between my sister and me, and we are live in the same house?

Or they just focus on the income?

Each of us is filling our own I864 form, and I dont see any question on relationship between sponsor and join sponsor on the I864 form.

Just curious somehow.

1. Not required but if she's actually going to support you, I would do it.

2. Only if you are using her as a household member on an I-864a.
