do i need to update the info in the biogarphic form if there's any changes in the benefiiary status recently?

were still on the process of waiting the next step after NOA1, my question is do i need to update my current employment status because when my fiance submitted the forms i was unemployed I remember it was asked at the biographic form about employment history of the beneficiary w/c of course we answered unemployed at that time of filing, but as of the moment I just got employed so do we need to do anything to update the info submitted? thnks again evryone!!!happy new year to all!!!

As long as you met the income requirements or had a co-sponsor I don't think I would. I would perhaps consider having an updated one for them at the interview but would not mention it unless they ask. I would have the employer letter and current pay stubs available at the interview.

My feelings are you would slow up the processing and as long as the income is not a snag it would do little good. I am sure lots of people change jobs between the start and finish of the process. I don't think not updating it will create a problem.
