They eventually landed safely but the plane had some damage on the tip of the left wing which hit the runway on the first attempt.

DELTA= Stands For = Don't Ever Leave The Airport. DFW Airport is on of the busies airports in the world, only 2 airline wrecks, Both Delta.

The Flight Attendants from USA to Japan are fat and lazy and mostly Americans, Once you get to Japan to Manila you get an Asian Crew.

Suggest you try to fly Japan Airlines to USA, I can't tell you how much nicer the flight attendants are.

But as far as safety, Good now of day, As far as Customer Service - Horrible

Also steer clear of Air China they suck the worst, and I have had heard bad things from family regarding Korean Air.

just wanna know how experienced pilots here are. its my first time to ride on an airplane, together with my 2 year old daughter. im a bit anxious

Delta pilots are amongst the most experienced and best in their class. Many of them are former Navy and Air Force pilots. Their planes are maintained according to FAA regulations and the intercontinental fleet is comprised almost solely of US aircraft.

No person or machine is infallible, but as far as expertise and quality of aircraft it doesn't get any better than that.

You need not worry about that. You and your daughter will be in the best possible hands. Have a safe flight!

Delta for Domestic. Flights have generally been on time and uneventful.

Anyone but Delta for International. The crew on the International flights are rude obnoxious jerks. The seats are small and uncomfortable. No mechanical problems and their entertainment works. The food is forgettable. Overall though for the money, I found British Airways, KLM and Air france to be very good.

Delta is an extremely safe airline to fly with. Actually all of the major U.S. airlines are safe. Airlines have to follow strict maintenance rules otherwise their aircraft are grounded. Pilots are also well-trained. After all their lives are also at risk.
