Morning friends, I would like to know if I don't have enough income for I 864 for AOS for my husband can I add someone with me and what form should I file with the AOS. I spoke to NVC and they said they cant tell me what other forms. PLZZZZZZZ help. Thank you as always for any help you provide. Have a good everyone.

How much do you and your husband make an hour? Are you guys working full time? What is the family size? If you provide these information then I will figure out if your income is enough or not?

Here's the poverty guidelines. If you need a co-sponsor you and they would fill out the I-864. You can't combine incomes unless they are a household member. They have to be over the guidelines also to qualify

Not enough information. Check the I-864p for the income requirement. If you need a joint sponsor, they'll complete their own, I-864 and provide a list of supporting documentation you'll find in the I-864 instructions. Read the instructions first. Always.
