check on all your avenues, go to USCIS.gov they have much information.

But the biggest and most help I've gotten has been on this site, VJ members are very helpful

Also make sure you read up on income requirements, because you will have to show income to be able to sponsor her.

I hope this helps you a little and keep posting any questions you have now and/or later!....

Best wishes to you and yours, and

Congratulations on winning the diversity visa!!

First you need to marry her, then file petition I-130 and then wait - you may need to wait from a year up to Twp or more (hard to say with the current F2A situation). Meantime you need to make sure that you meet income requirements to sponsor spouse.

If she comes with the hungarian passport she doesnt need any visa, just 2 fill the ESTA form, but with romanian passport she needs to aplly for a visa.

So my question is how do we proceed? I need 2 get here here with romanian other hungarian documents? Other it`s fine if she comes with hungarian passport and when we get married she gonna show the romanian documents?

No, this is impossible.

She cannot live in the US on a tourist visa. If she overstays, she will be ineligible to ever immigrate legally.

You need to marry, then file for her as the wife of a permanent resident.

There is a wait involved, check for "visa bulletin" for the date of files they are working on for spouse of a permanent resident.

You need to marry, either here or there... She will not be able to stay and adjust status as you are not a citizen just an LPR... Once married, you file the I130 the. Wait for a number to come available, current waits for LPR is 1-2 years... But as an LPR you are not eligible to bring fiancé, only spouse so your first step is to make your girlfriend your wife... Then file, she will have to remain overseas (but can visit on tourist visas at the discretion of the immigration) ...

I dont wanna go home to marrie her.I want her to come to the States and marrie her here. This is why i asked that she can come with the hungarian passport, without applying for a visa and as documents use the romanian ones, when we gonna marrie here, and then she gonna return, after 90 days.

I saw that the F2A visas are 7 month behind. So it means that we gonna wait 7 months, approximately?

She can come and marry and then go home.

Once your priority date is current, then you can apply for the visa, so it's a 7 month delay on top of the time it takes for visas to process.

The "priority date" can change, it can go up or down.

So you start with the I-130 petition, then wait for approval, then wait for priority date to be current, then proceed with the visa. Good luck.

Yes, she can come as a tourist and get married, then you file and wait for number (approx 7 months right now) once number is available, the spouse visa processes (currently 12-16 months) to total time from marriage to her living here is about one and a half to 2 years...

Unfortunatly my girlfriend was not selected at Dv 2015.

I want her to come to the U.S as a tourist to get married here and to wait here for the visa adjustment.

I expecting your opinions.experiences.

That plan is illegal and no one on this site can help you with illegal things. it is also impossible because you are a LPR. We already explained this to you before.
