Hi! Pls post your PD if you are Oct-Dec 2013 filer and case was routed to NSC. Let us make a list so that we could monitor if cases are moving and what month they are working on at USCIS. TIA!

and got an email Yesterday it is Approved (-:

i expect having my NOA2 this friday.

How long u think my case will approval my PD NOV 1 2013 thanks

I need some information....I summit the form L-130 on April 2012, to bring my son from Bogota-Colombia he is 31 Years Old.

But we know ,,,,, we need to wait ...

Meanwhile is possible request a tourist visa...he is going to have 15 vacations days...!

somebody know if this is possible?? and have no problems with my request in the future?

Exsactly i dont know But it helps to know

im USCitizen in AZ helping my Husband in AZ also, he is from MX and entered ilegally.

Ours took 8 1/2 months JULY TO MARCH

Its been bearly 4 months and it could take six for some others like me took 8 1/2 others take more than a year....

This month has been proccessing dates for July 2013 so hang in there. They could move fast if they dont have many cases per month..
