In the most odd thing I have found getting ready this plantation estate Sell. I now have in my possession a Duck Press.

Darnell my friend. Round here--Grits, Fried Chicken , and sweet tea are a delicacy. Not much duck eating going on, much less pressed duck

Yup. Collection of Great-Aunts - each one had at least one duck press. strange, but I know what they are, I've seen em, touched em, even had a cold pressed duck to eat once.

Could be yer relative has some carpet-bagger in her background, though, based on that implement....

No my sister bought it at a junk store.
