Wow. I was a single parent for many years. My children never had discipline problems. That is until I had my son go to a specialized science charter school. Big mistake. There as a student you can't have any opinion or thought and you are always suspect. Hard for a kid who has a brain.

In a society where the penal system is so prominent, how else do you expect the population to think about any disruptions? Just lock them up. Many people have the mentality of the jailer, although they like to think they are so free.

Awe now there ya go wanted a little research to see what similarities these kids and the incidents might have.

Trust me, they are not interested in that kind of info..... they prefer to Blame the Institution , that way the only answer is a quota system.

A 4 year old is too young to learn disciplinary problems from at home at that age. 4 year olds are thinking about candy, games and toys. They are young, energetic and can't sit still.

Surely can tell you do not know ANYTHING about kids.

I specifically remember our time out chair in kindergarten being a giant Papa Smurf. Creepy as hell and instilled in me a fear of the smurfs.

I also never got spanked.

My two older brothers did, and they were the ones who grew up to get in trouble. Nothing major, but definitely troublemakers.

Its probably because of litigation, parents suing the preschool because a kid gets slapped or bitten by another kid.
