This story is a prime example of DISPARATE IMPACT.... if anything impacts Blacks more than whites it much be deemed discriminatory such as the results of the exam.

It is the only meaningful number.

No, this actually happened. But, with your limited view of things you can't seem to wrap your head around it. Like I said before, even when there's concrete proof of what you say my grandfather went through right now, you either ignore it, like the wet seal, or you try to disprove it.

and the fact that whites are immune and Blacks are not ....

I wouldn't object to any question that's relevant to the job. I take a test for my advancement twice a year. I've never said, can you put some black questions on the test. As it stood, quite a few black people blew the test away, and were told they couldn't be hired because the test was racist. That didn't come from them.

Danno it is a now win situation. How can someone say a test is designed so that Blacks do not know the answers, then lose their mind if you dare suggest a possible trend of behavior among black people and reply that it is bigoted to suggest just because someone is black they may be like another black person.

The nut of the problem is...They want special treatment and to be singled out when it is beneficial, but you dare not mention race if it is not a perk.

Didn't you wonder "HOW" questions on a firefighter test could be race biased.... or did you just assume they were?

And again what is so different between whites and Blacks taking the test that it would predictably hinder the Black candidate but not the White?
