I asked a number of questions in regards to Marvins comments, not one of which has been answered.

He suggests I need a BBB (Best Black Buddy) to find out if the decline of whites will be such a merry epoch or not.

If the points I made or the questions I asked were too uncomfortable, I regret that.

One of my consistent themes would be that Black Americans are being robbed of their future.... in the name of sensitivity and understanding.

I don't mind having a conversation about it, I just find it odd that you're obsessed with black people, yet you can't bring yourself to break bread with one IRL. You come to a site that has, maybe on a good day, three black posters. And even with this, you spend all of your time saying how stupid and ill equipped we are. Generally these jobs have exams to see who is most apt to fill the position which demands certain mental, physical talents

Apparently we have to keep jimmying the test until groups score equally then rather than go with the higher scoring candidates we should just go with quotas within the passing pool of candidates.

Didn't you hear this in the "I have a dream" speech?

Me neither.

In danno kingdom, the test does not even indicate race and let the best qualified, most prepared be rewarded with the job.

BUt the law of DISPARATE IMPACT will insist we look at race.
