Hi All, I am very new to this site and hope any of you can provide me some advice.

I am a US citizen and currently planning to bring my girlfriend (future wife, planning to get marry) over to the US, heard so many advice from colleagues/ family members/ websites and not sure which is the best way...

1.) K-1 Visa

2.) Adjustment of status:

- Marry in Hong Kong, then bring her back to the US with Visitors Visa since she already had one and file an adjustment of status form.

So can I actually do it this way? It sounds faster than K-1 to me but would USCIS consider my case "Suspicious"?

If they will also terminate my girlfriend's visitor visa and kick her out if the government consider our case "suspicious"?

Any advice is appreciated!
