Getting ready to ship out my wife's AOS, and I realized that her G-325A has her maiden name, not her married name. We were, of course, just married, so her passport and other documents also have her maiden name. However she is applying for AOS under her married name, and she is signing with her married name.

Should I print a new G-325A with the updated information or will it not be an issue?

Thank you as always.

All the AOS forms should have the same name, consistent with all details and information. So, yes, have to print a new G-325A.

New one is needed with her married name on the form. We're also undergoing AOS process.

Good luck!
