Hello everyone!!! please help!

To make the story short, I got my green card trough my father when I was 13, I'm currently applying for an n-400 within the next few days. My fiancé is Israeli, we meet back in my home country Bolivia in September 2011. we met in Colombia and I went to Israel two times and decided we want to live here in the us, after analyzing other options. He was denied a tourist visa :crying::crying: in 2011 and again in January 2014. Now we are debating on the kind of visa we should apply, since the priority is not be apart for longer time, it is to painful! I would like to hear your experience on DCF in ISRAEL. and also k1 and k3? witch one is the fastest?

God bless u!

Hey yeya, there is no way to shortcut the system. If you marry, you can file for him now, and when you get your citizenship, you can upgrade your petition to a USC petition.

Or you can wait until you get your citizenship and file a fiance petition.

DCF is not available in Israel anymore, and K-3 doesn't exist in practice. Good luck.

It doesn't exist since, 2011 maybe? 2012?

To do it you would have had to live in Israel legally for at least 6 months too. Not really good if you are trying to get US citizenship.
