Maybe 7 months are still in the processing time.This thing a little crzay.

Mine is almost 7 months,nothing!!!!

Today made it exactly 7th Month for me since filed ROC on 04/07/14.... Fortunately I was luck to speak a nice Pilipino tier 2 Lady /Agent... And she took the time to review everything she could, and request a service request on my behalf as to what's going on with my case, she even expedite it... She also said if not hear anything by November 12 to call back, but I should hear something within a week... She mentioned also that Vermont has transferred some VSC filers to CSC.. To balance the work load... Hope we can see some movement again on VSC April Filers...

day 77-- 06/26/2012-- interview / approved on the spot.

day 86-- 07/05/2012-- Received my GC in the mail.

day 1 -- 04/07/2014 -- ROC Package delivered to VSC

day 16 -- 04/23/2014 -- Walk-in Bio.

day 197 -- 10/20/2014-- Approval Letter received dated 10/16/2014

01/28/12 Mailed I-130, I-485, I-102, I-131, I-765
04/18/12 Biometrics done in Philadelphia
05/10/12 RFE response received and under review
06/07/12 Interview is scheduled on 07/10/12 :)
07/11/12 I-130 approved/no word on I-485 :(
07/12/12 5:20 PM received an email I-485 approved!!!!!!!!
07/16/12 Hard copies of I-130 and I-485 approval letters received
07/17/12 Card production ordered
07/18/12 Card Sent :)
07/20/12 Greencard received

Got approval letter today dated Nov. 5. On line still says "Initial Review" so was surprised when we received the letters in the mail today. One thing that seemed odd but maybe its normal... The letters appeared to be from our local field office, Not sure if they just put the local office on the letter or if case was transfered there.

Finally its over, don't stress over online status... your letter is in the mail! :)

Good New!!!! I just received my approval letter today..... :dancing::dancing::dancing::goofy::goofy::dance::dance::jest::jest:B-)B-)

It was approved on 11/04/2014. My case status still says initial review (who cares :P ). My approval letter came from local office though.

I have to deal with USCIS on more time on February for Citizenship. Till than B-)B-):jest::jest:

Okay I just check USCIS website for my case status... And the date that my case was actual received is changed to April 18,2014 when supposed to be April 07, 2014..... Their has to be retards that are working at USCIS,..
