Well today I received the Congrats letter that my case has been approved, But Cant see anything online, the letter DATED 10/31/14 stating that Iam going to receive my 10 GC withing 60 days, Goodluck everyone ....I see you next April to Apply for our citizenship Thank you all for saving me money to go a lawyer to fill up 4 pages and get 2.000 US Dollars,

i'm preparing my rfe right now.

i just wonder what kind rfe they ask you to prepare?

they asked me to submit will or power of attorney.

im wondering am i only one who recieve it

I called USCIS today as I filed my husband's ROC on April 24, 2014 and received my I-797 on 04/29/2014 stating his visa was extended for another year automatically to 07/18/2015.

The USCIS stated I need to call them back in 2 weeks from today as it will have been exactly 7 months for the visa process due to the back log.

So 11/18/2014 will be the exact 7 month date in which I can ask them to submit a service request regarding his Visa ROC processing.

Just some information for you others out there who filed in April 2014 and are waiting on the Vermont Service Center. :secret:

Hi Everyone,

I submitted a service request yesterday requesting a status on our case since we have not heard anything by mail and we were unable to get the case number for tracking purposes from tier 2 after two failed attempts. Got a response today stating that our case is currently pending review and to please allow 60-90 days from this letter to receive a decision or notice of other action on this case. And......FINALLY they gave me the case number for tracking purposes!!!!! Woohoo!!!! :dancing: Now....the wait continues. Small victories are better than none at all, right? LOL

I hope that my service request will trigger someone to look at our case and give us an answer ASAP!!! Fingers crossed.... :clock:

swe're at a little over 7 months since Vermont received our petition, so I tried to submit a service request online. got the following Error:

The following error(s) need to be corrected:

You must select the Form Number associated to your Receipt Number. The Form Number you selected does not match our records for that Receipt Number.

I double checked the EAC number and its correct, the form I selected was I751, however when I check the case status it lists CR189 - PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED, but there is no CR189 in the list for the service request

Can anyone help? is CR189 the same as I751? and why cant I submit the online service request, does anyone have a phone number for service requests?

I really do not know what does this mean"they asked me to submit will or power of attorney."? but You're case is not gonna be worst than mine take it easy send them what they ask for, do not be a genius and add extra salt to your food, Put the exact amount, Vermont is crowded they do not have time, don make ur case worst, you ll be waiting all ur life, RFE letter always on the top then things they ask for and you ll be alright Ameen

On November 3, 2014, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Does the above mean approved for 10 year GC?

I haven't received anything in the mail yet. Hopefully, I will be receiving it at my new address. Since, I did update my address a few months ago.

Can somebody help me out with the list? And, put my info on it as well. Thanks!

I did this and it accepted the other EAC number, however I got the following response:

Your application or petition is currently within the posted processing times. An inquiry may not be created at this time. Further information about recent processing times can be viewed on the uscis.gov webpage.

I guess we go back to waiting

Maybe 7 months are still in the processing time.This thing a little crzay.

Mine is almost 7 months,nothing!!!!
