So by the end of September or early October they'll reach April filers.

Yep! looks like it.

-----Adjustment of Status for both Parents-----------------------------------------------

05/11/2018: Mailed documents I130, I485, I131,I693, NBC for Adjustment of Status

05/16/2018: Received Date/ Priority Date - NOA Received

05/25/2018: Received NOA Bio-metrics for I485 Appt: 06/10/2018

06/10/2018: Bio-metrics are completed

06/12/2018: Received RFE requesting for a Birth Certificate for both parents

07/28/2018: Responded to RFE, sent their non availability of birth certificate copy

08/02/2018: Online status changed to " Request for Evidence was Received"

08/29/2018: Made an info pass appointment requesting for expediting Travel document as parents had to travel India. Expedite request was rejected 

09/14/2018: I131 Parole document was Approved

If you look at the March filers thread, it looks like Vermont stopped working on ROC petitions. One approval three weeks ago and one RFE 10 days ago. And no other activity.

This is crazy, three weeks with no activity!!!!!!

I can only imagine what can happen if my boss do not see any work done for three weeks in our department!!! LOL.

But I still hope that we should see some activity soon with April filers.

01/28/12 Mailed I-130, I-485, I-102, I-131, I-765
04/18/12 Biometrics done in Philadelphia
05/10/12 RFE response received and under review
06/07/12 Interview is scheduled on 07/10/12 :)
07/11/12 I-130 approved/no word on I-485 :(
07/12/12 5:20 PM received an email I-485 approved!!!!!!!!
07/16/12 Hard copies of I-130 and I-485 approval letters received
07/17/12 Card production ordered
07/18/12 Card Sent :)
07/20/12 Greencard received

05/08/14 Received NOA dated 04/28/14

07/08/14 Emailed received - biometrics are current

11/07/14 Approval letter came in the mail dated 11/04/14

day 43-- 05/23/2012-- Notice for an interview is received for 06/26 @ 2pm

day 63-- 06/12/2012-- Received a Text & email for an update- Card production EAD/AP

day 77-- 06/26/2012-- interview / approved on the spot.

day 86-- 07/05/2012-- Received my GC in the mail.

ROC

day 1 -- 04/07/2014 -- ROC Package delivered to VSC

day 16 -- 04/23/2014 -- Walk-in Bio.

day 197 -- 10/20/2014-- Approval Letter received dated 10/16/2014

day 202 -- 10/25/2014-- GC received

So if the I-751 April filers have not started being approved, does that mean none of the April filers have received an RFE yet? I am asking because I've moved twice since April due to military orders and I am so worried that I may have missed an RFE. I tried calling but they said they wouldn't look into my case until after 6 months.

Hi, yeah that's happened to me when I called ....wait until 6 months .. no biometric , so what are they doing??? :wow:

Wow I thought you definitely would have had a biometric appointment by now! I had mine within about a month. I can not believe how much incompetence we have experienced with my immigration process.

The March filers have started seeing action again after a month long lull. I hope the April filers to Vermont start seeing some and Vermont doesn't put ROCs on the back burner again.

I got the notice of transfer in the mail. About a month ago. I got my NOA within a week of filing but still no biometrics appt. I even called but got no updates from them. They said to give it 6 months at least. I don't even know my case number to check the status online.

Try to contact them and ask for a tier 2 agent. He can give the case number that you can track your case with. You might have a current bio. Edited by DC85
