I'm stunned, but I got the message that they ordered production of my new card today!! That's exactly 2 months from NOA1 date and I guess that makes me the first person with waived biometrics to be approved. I'm so happy the wait is over and I can't believe it was so fast! /happy dance

You are the first one who got approved GC with the waived bio! Thank you for sharing your information. I was little worried about the applicants including myself who got their bio waived. I hope mine gets approved soon :)

I was worried for them to, as they started issuing bio appointments again. Hard to believe CSC is processing things so fast. Compared to the AOS a couple years ago, which took 8 months.

My husband called them again regarding not recieving his biometrics appointment. The agent put in a service reques and took his email address. She also said that he should receive a letter by the 11th of July (she called it a target date), but she asked not to call untill the 26th of July, if no letter received. You need to have at least 30 days since the last time you called, which we all know. She didn't transfer him to Tier 2 as he asked. :crying:

The only reason we wanted to talk to Tier 2 agent is that we can finally get a trackable EAC number, but NO, not with our lack. it was the third time, my husband called to get any info and the case number since we filed I751. All three times with no success.

So, now I hoping to get something in the email confirming that his biometrics are current. And maybe we will get approved soon. :idea:

It was hard to believe some of applicants' bio was waived. And now it seems like June applicants received their bio letter. It is very weird. I probably am not gonna fully understand what was going on over there in April and May...

it Would be great if we had the situation where CSC and VSC were at least processing the same month. Looking above, CSC is processing in less than 3 months, couldn't they take some of the backlog from VSC and make the field a little more even :-(

I certainly get your point.

But when those Dream Act kids start renewing their EAD's shortly, I think these numbers are going to flip pretty quickly.
