So in my packet I sent in with form fees and evidence..... Within my evidence I added 2 check books that were void showing my wife and I name on the accounts.... So I just check my mail box and I got a package with uscis returning check book with letter stating exact"

For additional information on form and fee requirements you are submitting, please visit the USCIS website at www.uscis.gov. Or contact the national customer service center at 1-800-375-5283..

Now I sent a check for 590 for filing fee and biometrics

These check books I sent were void check books that account were closed... They were evidence showing my wife name and my name for personal account and business account..

Also the letter I received had no receipt number... It just had my name and my USCIS GREEN CARD NUMBER...

That's why I don't suggest sending anything redundant. It'll only confuse the USCIS people. However, don't panic. Take the checkbooks out, and send the package back. If you want to show a check with both your and your ex spouse's name on it as a piece of evidence, then send a photocopy of it.

Okay I got a letter from USCIS Today saying they cannot accept my petition because the proper fees is not attached.:.. Please compare the amount you sent with the amount required and resubmit your petition with all applicable fees.. The following fees are required

Petitioner: $505.00 and $85.00 fees are required...

Question is??? They only sent me back the I-751 application... They didn't return my entire ROC PACKAGE... Just a copy of the I-751 application was return... And I sent everything I have... I have no copies .. :((((.

Is it only the check i need to send back... Or just the check....???

It say resubmit your petition.... If it says resubmit your petition does that mean I have to send back all evidence also.... I sent everything I have already... I have no copies ... And USCIS didn't return my entire packet... Just a copy of the I-751 application.. Someone help me please!!!! This is too frustrating

Look at the following screen capture of the I-751 form that I am attaching.

I THINK they only want you to resend the PETITION. That is the form whose copy they sent you back.

As far as I am concerned, they leave your file open and pending, awaiting for the complete requirements to be met before they start processing it. Thats what happened during my filing of the I-130, 485, medical, and all that good stuff.

Question: Did they send you a copy of an empty 751 of a copy of the original form you sent?
