Oh my god! My hands are still shaking when i'm typing this. I can't believe my eyes!

On June 17, 2014, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

I hope that's not a glitch in their system because I only submitted my application in April and it's a divorce waiver, I had very limited evidence. Also, I prepared the package myself while my native language is not English.

Can't believe in this miracle!

I just can't believe this. No property, no lease, no children, no will, no credit card, no car, I was not made the beneficiary of any of his financial accounts (his brother and sister were). I stayed at home and cooked and cleaned, didn't have a health insurance plan or 401 K or anything to put him on, didn't drive to have a driver license to match with his.

The strongest evidence I could provide was a ton of medical records, which showed him as my husband and emergency contact and my severe depression and broken bones and other injuries.

Wow congrats to you! Yes thats an approval. Now I'm gonna be watching even closer. Last night I had this weird dream where USCIS officials were outside our door when I got home from work wanting to make sure we actually lived together.

Its unbelievable how this magical card makes one feel. This process literally takes all the life out of you. Its like one dies, and when you are approved, you feel like you just got another lease of life. And you jump, and dance, and celebrate, and thank the mighty Heavens, and all those other things folks do upon being approved.

Congats user19000 and crystalsound, your fast approval is that ray of light at the end of the tunnel. I wish godspeed to all of us remaining ones whose eyes are glued on the computer checking case status, whose hands are stuck in the mailbox snatching mail from the mail-delivery person even before it hits the box, whose calls to the call centre drives them so crazy they wanna wish a curse of fat-finger syndrome on you so you always mis-dial their number.

Sooner is always better than later...

Wow congrats to you! Yes thats an approval. Now I'm gonna be watching even closer. Last night I had this weird dream where USCIS officials were outside our door when I got home from work wanting to make sure we actually lived together.

I guess I'm gonna have dreams somewhere down the line of me checking uscis case status diligently everyday but no news... or dropping the 6 inch thick I-751 packet I just put together in the water... or printing back account statements and getting the worst paper jam... or something like that.

I was afraid so. I did not change my address. When I received the letter that my bio is current, the address was the same as my I-751. June 10 is the same date as the letter was created...Really confusing...

Okay, so I just called USCIS and spoke to Tier 1. The lady started off really nice and when I told her I was calling to obtain my case number to track my case online being that my husband's biometrics info is current....she tried to tell me that I would not be able to track my case online and that the receipt number on the biometrics appointment letter would be the same as the NOA1. REALLY!!!??? I told her that I read it on the NOA1 notice that the receipt number on the biometrics appointment letter would be the one to use for tracking purposes. She said she never heard that before....OMG!! I was ready to go through the phone, but I politely asked her to please transfer me to Tier 2. She did oblige and I am patiently waiting for a call back from Tier 2......

I just had to rant....sorry about that (he-he). Let's just hope Tier 2 does not try to give us the run around. I am so glad that I am on this forum. Knowledge is POWER!! I will keep you posted....

My bio is current and I got my new case # from tier 2 on the phone a couple days ago, so I am pretty sure you could get it!

My new case # is not same as my case # in my NOA1. the tier 1 person said, after my old bio was uploaded, my case # got changed.

We cannot truck our case with the case # in NOA1 online. Hope this helps
