I had to reschedule my biometrics, so I am going to update my info. Also, I am having issues with checking the status online from day one. I called USCIS last week and the agent couldn't find my process either should I be concerned? I had my bio on the 21st.

Nene, did you check your email? I received an email from USCIS at 7.30AM today. They stated that my biometric information is current and i don't have to go for BIO appointment.

Called USCIS on Friday regarding no bio letter. The first time, the person asked for the case number and could not find any info. Tried to put a service request, but could not do it. So, we got transferred and the call dropped. My luck!!!

The second time, after not finding our case info using the EAC number on the NOA, we got transferred to Teir 2. Was on hold for two hours. Finally got someone on the line, who basically told, that it may not be necessary to have new biometrics done because it looks like they are current. But he did say, that during the review of the case, they might decide that the new biometrics are needed and we will receive a letter. Before we even asked for the new case number, he did say that we will not be able to view the status of the case online with the case number written on NOA (which we already knew). He aslo commented, that the good case number is written on the biometrics letter and since we don't have it and probably will not ever get one, we will not be able to view the case status online. I felt that we wasted more then two hours on the phone. My husband said that he will call again in a month to try to get the case number.

Other people who don't have interviews are getting their case numbers. The support guy was just a lazy cuss.

I called USCIS last May 23, 2014 and asked the status of my case. I told them that It's been a month since I got my NOA1 (04/22) and have not receive my biometrics letter. They created service request on my case that day and was asked to wait for 30 days on their response. But after 3 days, I received an email saying that my biometrics is current. So I assume that I have the same case like others that don't need biometrics.

I'm off today from work so I decided to call them again just to confirm if that email was true. I followed Neela's advice and was connected to Tier1 immediately. I told them that I need to talk to Tier2 for more information on my case. They just ask my receipt# and was transferred to Tier2 line. Good thing I was having my breakfast while I put my phone on speaker so I could hear if somebody's on the line. I thought I'm gonna be on hold for several hours but it only me 40 minutes to speak with Tier2 person. I told him about the email regarding my biometrics being current.and asked if it's true. He said that they uploaded my biometrics from my previous application. Then I asked my case#. Now the waiting game begins....

I'm actually seeing that many February filers are receiving it, looks like it is taking about 3 months from biometrics date, to the day even. I will be moving in 2 months, should I change the my address now, or wait until a few weeks before we move?? (my confidence may just score me a required interview)

If you change your address before you can receive mail there, its gonna bounce back to them. You need to wait until you're actually moving. Not a good time to be moving, but I'm sure you knew that.
