Its been 30days since mu NOA1 receipt date. Been so busy at work, i need to call USCIS tomorrow and request for a service ticket and case#.

Hey Nevin,

I just called USCIS. What I did is the following.

Called 1-800-375-5283

Followed Neela's advice

@Lupa222- You can call the first number of USCIS and don't press anything. Not even 1 for English. It will automatically transfer your call to Spanish department. When they will start greeting you in Spanish just tell them you don't speak Spanish. They will speak English for you. Good Luck

It was really quick. I talked a customer service representative (tier1?) right away. She placed a service request for me. USCIS is going give me an answer by mail in 15 days. Hopefully no bio need letter!

I still need to get my case# if I do not get a bio letter from them though, so as soon as I get something from them, I am gonna call them back again and get my case#.

Hey Nevin,

I just called USCIS. What I did is the following.

It was really quick. I talked a customer service representative (tier1?) right away. She placed a service request for me. USCIS is going give me an answer by mail in 15 days. Hopefully no bio need letter!

I still need to get my case# if I do not get a bio letter from them though, so as soon as I get something from them, I am gonna call them back again and get my case#.

You should keep your NOA1 in you hand.

She asked me the receipt number, A#, receipt date, my name, my address and my phone number. She gave my a confirmation number the end of the call.

It would be great my case # is on no bio letter but it sounds like everybody who got no bio letter did not see it on the letter. It is very time consuming...

It seems like some of Feb filers stared receiving their 10 years GC. So it probably takes at least 4 months.

Hey dont worry! There are many in this forum who were not sent a bio letter and were eventually told that they dont need to give their biometrics.

Now that your NOA1 receipt date is more than 30days old, call USCIS and ask them to create a support ticket and ask for your case#

Hopefully like Many others in this thread you dont have to give Bio.

Just follow this procedure-

Dont forget asking for your case# along with creating a service ticket.

I wonder how having no bio would affect a process speed. No one probably knows yet since it started happening since sometime in April.

I doubt it will have much effect at all. Bio is usually done well in advance of adjudication of the petition. I just hope they stay on this fast track of processing the ROC petitions. You never know when something will throw the brakes on with USCIS and some petition types get ignored for many months.

Called USCIS spoke to TIER1.

She took my name, EAC receipt#, A#, receipt date, Address, telephone#from me. She then created a "service request" and gave me a referral number saying that I'l hear from them in 15 days by email or post. I requested her for my case# to which she mentioned that it doesn't show up as my bio letter isn't generated yet.
