Now those are great news for me because I was waiting for some e mail since last week, now I guess I just have to wait

And I meant to say you won't be able to check your case status ONLINE (uscis.gov) until you receive your biometrics letter.

Once you receive it in the mail you can use the case number on the biometrics letter with the "check your case status" tool on uscis.gov.

You can also use it to sign up for texts and emails.

Got Biometrics Letter dated 05/12/14 Appt is on 06/02/14 in Fresno, looks like CSC is very methodical. i sent the packet 04 29, got NOA1 dated 05 06...

06/10/2018: Bio-metrics are completed

06/12/2018: Received RFE requesting for a Birth Certificate for both parents

07/28/2018: Responded to RFE, sent their non availability of birth certificate copy

08/02/2018: Online status changed to " Request for Evidence was Received"

08/29/2018: Made an info pass appointment requesting for expediting Travel document as parents had to travel India. Expedite request was rejected 

09/14/2018: I131 Parole document was Approved

Still waiting for my biometrics letter... :-(

Same here and we sent out packets the same day as you, however, I called USCIS yesterday and spoke to a Tier 2, she told me that they have not scheduled a date for my Biometrics yet which is why no letter. But, it then got interesting/confusing, she told me that they had requested and received my Biometrics on April 30th, I am assuming this was the Biometrics from my original green card application, I think she then said that they sometimes accept those but I was on a very bad line.

She did however give me the updated Case Number that would have been on the Biometrics letter and that does allow me to view the online progress which is under initial review as expected.

Prior to speaking to her I put in a service request (as it is over 30 days) so that may help clarify things.

I did early Bio today @ Alexandria, VA.yesssmileyf.gif

No question has been asked. The lady didn't even look at my appointment date. I was there for 55 minutes. Every thing was fine except my Signature. For some reason the scanner was drawing lines before my pen even touch the screen. My signature was a mess. The Chinese lady said she didn't do anything. Anyway, over all it was ok.. :thumbs:

I'm going to call to make sure my signature was ok and hopefully they don't ask me to redo it.

05/25/2018: Received NOA Bio-metrics for I485 Appt: 06/10/2018

06/10/2018: Bio-metrics are completed

06/12/2018: Received RFE requesting for a Birth Certificate for both parents

07/28/2018: Responded to RFE, sent their non availability of birth certificate copy

08/02/2018: Online status changed to " Request for Evidence was Received"

08/29/2018: Made an info pass appointment requesting for expediting Travel document as parents had to travel India. Expedite request was rejected 

09/14/2018: I131 Parole document was Approved
