06/10/2018: Bio-metrics are completed

06/12/2018: Received RFE requesting for a Birth Certificate for both parents

07/28/2018: Responded to RFE, sent their non availability of birth certificate copy

08/02/2018: Online status changed to " Request for Evidence was Received"

08/29/2018: Made an info pass appointment requesting for expediting Travel document as parents had to travel India. Expedite request was rejected 

09/14/2018: I131 Parole document was Approved

It usually takes 1-2 weeks after getting NOA1 to receive Bio letter. You just walk in for early bio. :)

Thanks so much for your information! I want to try early bit too but I was just wondering if USCIS could reject it...

So many people do early bio. Go to any monthly threads you will find so many early bio applicants. Nothing wrong with it. USCIS wont reject you for this.

I am planning to do early bio this Thursday since I don't have a ride. I'm doing it for peace of my mind. Who knows if I'm lucky, my case may process few days early.

Call USCIS and ask for Tier 2 people. They might tell you what's going on with your case or where's the Bio Letter. Good Luck chicka.gif

Hi fellow VJ's, I filed my ROC April 8, was approved April 9, 2014 and Got the NOA1 April 25, 2014 but I never heard yet of my Biometrics

has anyone same case as mine?

Approved after 1 day of receiving ???
