Is this considered the NOA1??

That is your NOA1 and your one year extension letter. Keep that document safe, it's what proves your legal until your new card comes, after the current one expires.

Online says the whole thing takes up to 6 months for both Vermont and California. Wohoo.

Seems like your forecast went wrong. USCIS is nice enough. :)

I seriously have a hard time believing it was intentional, but I'm really happy to be wrong. :lol:

OMG! Finally, thank you. That was faster than anticipated!!!

Online says the whole thing takes up to 6 months for both Vermont and California. Wohoo.

The wait for biometrics letter begins.
