Congrats. .....took vsc long enough.

I hear you. I sit beside the window everyday & wait for the mail lady. On Monday when she was giving me NOA letter, I hugged her out of excitement :oops: .I also booked a overseas flight on June 30th. So basically we are in the same boat.

We are in the same boat... everyday I watch my mailbox. Hoping bio is in June and not July when I have a trip planned...but knowing my luck I might have to do early bio, which is hard in boston.

i sent my ROC i751 packet few weeks earlier than my actual eligibility date.


I misinterpreted the notification from USCIS which was sent almost a month before my eligibility date.



Its been close to a month and I'm expecting them to send my package back.



How long does USCIS take to send the packet back?? I hope they don't take more than 2-3 months.



MycConditional GC expires on Aug1st.


-----Adjustment of Status for both Parents-----------------------------------------------

05/11/2018: Mailed documents I130, I485, I131,I693, NBC for Adjustment of Status

05/16/2018: Received Date/ Priority Date - NOA Received

05/25/2018: Received NOA Bio-metrics for I485 Appt: 06/10/2018

06/10/2018: Bio-metrics are completed

06/12/2018: Received RFE requesting for a Birth Certificate for both parents

07/28/2018: Responded to RFE, sent their non availability of birth certificate copy

08/02/2018: Online status changed to " Request for Evidence was Received"

08/29/2018: Made an info pass appointment requesting for expediting Travel document as parents had to travel India. Expedite request was rejected 

09/14/2018: I131 Parole document was Approved

You may call USCIS and ask for Tier 2 or contact your local Congressman to inquiry on your behalf to USCIS about your case.

i sent my ROC i751 packet few weeks earlier than my actual eligibility date.

I misinterpreted the notification from USCIS which was sent almost a month before my eligibility date.

Its been close to a month and I'm expecting them to send my package back.

How long does USCIS take to send the packet back?? I hope they don't take more than 2-3 months.

MycConditional GC expires on Aug1st.

I've read of cases where they do not notice that until they actually go to adjudicate the petition. Have you received a NOA1 or was the check cashed yet?

Nope! check didn't get cashed, neither have i received NOA1.

-----Adjustment of Status for both Parents-----------------------------------------------

05/11/2018: Mailed documents I130, I485, I131,I693, NBC for Adjustment of Status

05/16/2018: Received Date/ Priority Date - NOA Received

05/25/2018: Received NOA Bio-metrics for I485 Appt: 06/10/2018

06/10/2018: Bio-metrics are completed

06/12/2018: Received RFE requesting for a Birth Certificate for both parents

07/28/2018: Responded to RFE, sent their non availability of birth certificate copy

08/02/2018: Online status changed to " Request for Evidence was Received"

08/29/2018: Made an info pass appointment requesting for expediting Travel document as parents had to travel India. Expedite request was rejected 

09/14/2018: I131 Parole document was Approved

Well thats at least a positive, you want them to return it all to you, and not cash the check. You filed at Vermont, and given how slow they are to get out NOA1's, returning a petition is probably worse.

Well thats at least a positive, you want them to return it all to you, and not cash the check. You filed at Vermont, and given how slow they are to get out NOA1's, returning a petition is probably worse.

Hell yea! They are darn slow.

I just called USCIS. They said i should wait 30 calender days and call back if i don't receive a letter from them.

Had an early biometrics today at Gardena, Ca. :)

I-130 for mother

06/25/16 - Sent petition to USCIS

07/02/16 - Received email and text that I-130 was received

07/05/15 - Checked cleared in the bank
