I am about to file my I-751. I would like to hear from peeps how is my list for evidence and would that be sufficient in your experience:

To whom it may concern:

Enclosed please find a JOINT I-751 petition for removal of conditions of permanent resident status regarding xxxxxxx married xxxxxxx on March 3rd, 2012, and entered the United States as a conditional permanent resident on 7/30/2012. We are happily living together and jointly request that this petition be accepted for removal of conditions on the residence of xxxxxxxxx

Contents include the following documents, constituting a petition for the Removal of Conditions on the Residence of xxxxxxx:

· Completed I-751 JOINT Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence.

· Check for $590 (including $85 biometrics fee) to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

· Photocopy of both sides of xxxxxxxxx’s Permanent Resident Card.

Enclosed please also find the following documents to verify the status of our marriage and ongoing relationship:

· Photographs of xxxxx and xxxxxxxxx, demonstrating consistent and continuous public affection, attendance, interaction, and identification as a married couple at family functions and in public, over the course of the marriage.

· Photocopy of 2012 federal tax transcript showing filing status as “Married Filing Jointly” for 2012.

· Photocopies of 2013 federal tax transcript showing filing status as “Married Filing Jointly” for 2013.

· Photocopies of driver licenses of xxxxxxxx and xxxxxxxx, showing a shared address over the course of the marriage.

· Photocopies of apartment lease contract for our current apartment in xxxxxxxx, signed jointly by xxxxxxx and xxxxxx on November, 2013, showing intent to continue to have a shared address, and to take and have joint ownership of and joint responsibility for a joint primary residence.

· Photocopies of Rent statements with both our names, xxxxxx and xxxxxxx additionally showing intent to continue to have a shared address, and to take and have joint ownership of and joint responsibility for a joint primary residence.

· Photocopies of Chase Account statements for xxxxxx and xxxxxxx, showing a joint account, and joint financial obligations and responsibility, over the course of the marriage.

· Photocopies of Pay stubs for xxxxxx and xxxxxx showing shared address and testifying of ownership of and joint responsibility for a joint primary residence.

· Photocopy of our bank account check with both names of xxxxxx and xxxxxxxx

· Photocopy of automobile insurance card showing a joint automobile insurance policy over the course of the marriage.

· Photocopies of retail sales contract for possessing a motor vehicle signed by xxxxxxx (Lessee/Purchaser) and xxxxxxx (Co-Lessee/Purchaser) showing a joint responsibility for a joint motor vehicle.

· Photocopies of health insurance statements showing a joint health insurance policy over the course of the marriage, the designation of beneficiary status to xxxxxxx, and public identification as a married couple over the course of the marriage.

· Photocopies of flights tickets for both xxxxxxx and xxxxxxx testifying of shared trips over the course of the marriage.

· Photocopy of the Last name change application for xxxxxxxx which was submitted to the Social Security Administration showing the willingness to share same last name as husband xxxxxxxx and further evidence to the validity of this marriage.

Copies of documents submitted are exact photocopies of unaltered documents and we understand that we may be required to submit original documents to an Immigration or Consular officer at a later date. Please advise us if you have any further questions or concerns related to this petition.

So your GC expiration date is Aug 1st 2014? If yes, then you are not in the 90 day window yet, and may have filed too early.

You're right. I'm not sure why USCIS has sent me a notification to file the i751. Do they usually send it a month prior to the 90day bracket?

They just send it as a reminder for you to remember that you will have to file soon. I haven't got mine yet, but that seems to be the way they do it. I would expect your packet to be sent back to you...

Should be in the coming weeks. You are not the first one doing that mistake so you can google it using the search bar on top. I found this thread that is pretty recent: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/485506-form-i-751-rejected-4-days-early/

Hi all,

here is my case,

I have sent I-751 with following documents on 4/8/2014, received next day ( 4/9/14) and signed by L Zuchowski. Its been two weeks and I have not gotten Notice of Action and my check has not been cashed yet!!!

Nothing, crickets for two weeks .....

My 2year GC expires on 24th of Jun 2014

I was freaking out, but now I guess everyone who has sent I-751 to Vermont in April is still waiting

I was thinking to call Vermont center and ask.. .. Please advise!!
