have not been able to write here, please i need an advice on what to do, am april filler, i receiver RFE which i responded to it and i was invited for an interview. i think my other address actually cause the red flag. i went for the interview few weeks back, the uscis officer was very rude to me but nice to my wife, i feel uncomfortable about it. the interview lasted for just few min and he said he will write us to send some document he will be needing and if possible invite us for another interview. do you think i should get an attorney or what's the best thing to do.hope to read back from you guys. thanks

Hello Weegee...sorry for your experience. I think you will be fine if you have the required documents. But if you do not feel comfortable going without a lawyer, you can get one who might cost you $500 for just the interview alone. When you say your last address may have caused a red flag, what do you mean?

Thank for your reply, i moved to texas for few months for work but i always come home, he ask my wife and she explained everything to him, i was just worried because the guy ain't nice to me and he was very rude even my wife said it. i don't low if its normal

It is normal for them to be rude. They are rarely nice so that should not be a reason to worry you. You just need to make sure that you have the required documents they are asking for. When he becomes rude, just keep your cool, towards the end, they calm down..or not. You man not have much of an interview this time around. Keep the faith.

At last my Green Card has been approved.....Praise Jesus after 13 Months

I'm very grateful to all my visa journey family. @Georgeramsaran yours is next.

My lawyer told me it will take 30days for my new card to get to my address. I dont care if the card does not come until Jan 2017 ......

So happy ........ I751 April 2014 Waiver finally approved :-)

I checked timelines. I think PETER D has been approved on 04/21 after interview.
