I just received a letter dated March 20th informing me that I need to go for interview on April 21st. Can anyone provide any information on what to expect during the interview?

05/23/11 - Married

07/25/11 - Mailed I-130 to Chicago Lockbox

07/27/11 - I-130 Delivered

07/28/11 - NOA1 California CSC

08/04/11 - Touch

02/08/12 - NOA2

02/21/12 - NVC Received and NVC case number generated

02/23/12 - DS3032 and AOS bill generated

02/24/12 - DS3032 emailed to NVC

02/28/12 - DS3032 Accepted by NVC

02/29/12 - IV Bill Generated

03/06/12 - DS-230 mailed to NVC

03/12/12 - DS-230 delivered at NVC

03/15/12 - RFE received

03/19/12 - AOS Package Mailed (Including additional evidence requested)

03/21/12 - AOS Package Delivered

03/22/12 - Case Complete

04/02/12 - Medical in London

Congrats everyone who has gotten there approvals! I'm still waiting for them to schedule an interview. They had transfered my case to the local office Jan 8. Does anyone know how long it takes them to schedule an interview? It's gonna be almost a year.

Got a text message this morning from USCIS that my case status got updated.

On March 30, 2015, we mailed your new card for Receipt Number EACXXXXXXXXX, to the address you gave us. If you do not receive your card by April 29, 2015, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request that we send your new card to you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

-----Adjustment of Status for both Parents-----------------------------------------------

05/11/2018: Mailed documents I130, I485, I131,I693, NBC for Adjustment of Status

05/16/2018: Received Date/ Priority Date - NOA Received

05/25/2018: Received NOA Bio-metrics for I485 Appt: 06/10/2018

06/10/2018: Bio-metrics are completed

06/12/2018: Received RFE requesting for a Birth Certificate for both parents

07/28/2018: Responded to RFE, sent their non availability of birth certificate copy

08/02/2018: Online status changed to " Request for Evidence was Received"

08/29/2018: Made an info pass appointment requesting for expediting Travel document as parents had to travel India. Expedite request was rejected 

09/14/2018: I131 Parole document was Approved

Tomorrow April 7,2015 will be exactly what 1year for my case and still is pending .. With no decision.. INFOPASS made for Friday at 7:45 am to get extension stamp...

Ouch..Sorry to hear that. What do they want now? I hope it is an easy fix :)

Same documents again...

Stating documents I sent wasn't enough to prove good faith... And all the documents they ask for in last RFE letter I sent in.... Now same RFE again ... I thought once send in RFE they make a decision off of that... Even if it's not sufficient... I'm lost of how come they sent another RFE

have not been able to write here, please i need an advice on what to do, am april filler, i receiver RFE which i responded to it and i was invited for an interview. i think my other address actually cause the red flag. i went for the interview few weeks back, the uscis officer was very rude to me but nice to my wife, i feel uncomfortable about it. the interview lasted for just few min and he said he will write us to send some document he will be needing and if possible invite us for another interview. do you think i should get an attorney or what's the best thing to do.hope to read back from you guys. thanks
