Hi everyone, I am about to send, but then just realized that although we changed our address and got a confirmation, the reminder to file 751 came to my old address (parents). The problem is, my old address files to California (from Ohio) and my new address files to Vermont (Rhode Island)

Any idea? We filed our federal taxes from Rhode Island.

HELP!

@Lizka - i'm in the same boat as you. Even though i changed the address online the reminder went to old address.

My conditional green card was approved in California. After which i had moved to NJ so i sent to ROC to VT.

In some cases i noticed that USCIS VT have sent the ROC packet to CA center.

I believe it shouldn't be an issue.

uscis sends the reminder to the address of the AOS approval, so don't stress about it. send your i751 based on your current address Edited by myafi1985

My husband entered the US on a CR-1 visa on July 19th, 2012. We are all happily living together and request that this petition be accepted for removal of conditions on the residence of my husband.

Enclosed also please find the following documents to verify the status of our marriage and ongoing relationship:

· Copy of notice to file from USCIS

· A personal check of 590$ for I-751 and Biometric Fee

· Completed and Signed Form I-751

· Attachment for list of resided addresses

· Copy of USCIS Form I-551 (Permanent Resident Card) of Resident Spouse

· Copy of State ID and Driver’s License with same residing permanent address

· Copy of Taxes for Year 2012 – Married filing separately

· Copy of Taxes for Year 2013 – Married filing jointly

· Copy of joint bank statements (Most recent March 2014 and first as joint account October 2012)

· Copy of Accidental Death Policy with Resident Spouse as beneficiary

Make the evidence cover the entire marriage [ bank statement send a monthly statement or by quarter also the lease if u have it for the last 2 years, send it as well.

Its almost a week since I sent my package in and check still hasn't been cashed as yèt. Thought the electronic process for clearing checks was faster. Oh well :( I really just need my extension letter for work, wish they would hurry up..
