Dear Member,

I am here once again.I have been waiting over one month now without hearing anything from the USCIS. We went to interview on the 25th of February to Adjust my Status and after the interview, the IO said she is going to review our case and since then,we haven't hear anything. Can someone tell me what might be causing the delay after the interview? I came here on K-1 visa and i married my Fiancee before the 90 days requirement.I got my combo EAD and AP card but still waiting for the Green-card.Please i need advice. Thanks

I do not know what exactly could be holding up your case. Could be additional background checking. Could be they need the supervisor to review and sign off on the case. Could be the USCIS office you interviewed at is just backlogged and slow. Call and inquire about the status of your case. It is about all you can do at this point, besides wait.
