07/28/14= NOA1 text and email received
08/01/14= NOA1 hard copy received
08/15/14= Biometrics letter received
08/29/14= Biometrics done
09/18/14= AP/EAD online status "APPROVED" AND "MAILED"
09/26/14= AP/EAD card on hand
11/17/14= interview letter received
12/16/14= Interview "APPROVED"
12/24/14= GC on hand

Passport, 2 photocopies of passport (must in vertical position and only photocopy the 1st page the one with a picture of you), 2 copies appointment letter, 2 copies of online registration (not necessary, but they will prioritize online applicant), 3 passport style photos (write your full name at the back using black pen). In my experience, I went there at 3am and I got a priority number 8. At 4am the que was very long already. If you're from a region got hit from Yolanda and earthquake you'll get a 20% discount, just tell them your address and bring an id where your address in it. Check st. Luke's website for more information and also you'll find the the online registration there. God bless!

August 22, 2013 - USCIS Received

Augusr 23, 2013 - Receipt date

August 27, 2013 - Case has been accepted & routed to the USCIS NBC

August 29, 2013 - NOA1 hard copy touched

November 25, 2013 - Case transferred to CSC and is being processed

December 05, 2013 - Alien Registration Number changed

December 05, 2013 - APPROVED!!!

December 10, 2013 - NOA2 hard copy touched

NVC STAGE:

December 16, 2013 - NVC Received

January 9, 2014 - Case number and IIN assigned

January 15, 2014 - Submitted DS261

January 16, 2014 - Paid I864 bill

January 18, 2014 - AOS Package mailed to NVC

January 21, 2014 - I864 bill status changed from 'in processing' to 'PAID'

January 22, 2014 - I864 package received

January 24, 2014 - Received and Paid IV bill

January 28, 2014 - IV bill shows "PAID"

January 28, 2014 - Submitted DS-260 online

January 28, 2014 - Mailed IV package to NVC

February 3, 2014 - IV package received

Medical is normally done in 2 days. No appointments, just first come, first-served. That's why people opt to go as early as possible because it gets more crowded and the line for each tests gets longer too.
