Hello everyone I am new here and would like some guidance please....

I am the beneficiary, my fiancee paycheck does not meet the required 125% poverty guidelines...

By the way what would be the required income for us all combined...me, spouse, 2 kids and co-sponsor = 5

Her co-sponsor makes about the same as she does....However they both are business partners operating their own business, debt free and does not carry any mortgages on any of their properties including home they live in and other properties.

I have 2 children and listed them on the I 129F application...Would it be likely that we could pass the Affidavit of Support ...I too have property which could be converted to little over 30,000 cash..

Also am concerned about the kids getting into school if we get to go to the US by summer. One would be entering college and the other could complete a year of high school....

Since they are already listed on the application, could i travel first, marry adjust status and then let them come after when am working...

Help!!

Co sponsor would need herself, her family and dependents + immigrants (not your fiancée)

So 4 if she is single, same as your fiancée. Imho, find a better co sponsor.

They can follow to join or move when you move. I think their aos is cheaper if they move when you do and aos at the same time. Double check in the aos forum.

BTW when I said we are all debt free this extends to credit cards having no balance. I don't know I would think that the guidelines take into a account one is usually paying rent or mortgage. In our case this is not so except of course property taxes.
