I have to submit again the original copy of NSO bc and marriage contract even i already submitted it before?

That's after you pay IV application fee. You have to send civil docs to support the DS-260 once it's available on CEAC.

I believe it's optional. Though, I only sent the proof of naturalization. I didn't include our marriage certificate because I will send it anyway in original along with my dad's civil documents.

ok, so i paid the AOS last May 8 and im still waiting for them to send me an Invoice for the IV bill fee.... takes soo long and i dunno why. Anyways, about this DS260, can i fill up this form or not yet? there's no option for me to fill it up but if ever its already available, do i need to mail this together with the IV packet?

still waiting for the IV Bill fee invoice. I tried to submit (again) the Choice of Agent last May 23 and i didn't know that I you touch it, it will go back to zero so the lady from NVC told me that it will take another 30 days again which is ridiculous! GRRR!
