I'm currently waiting for my NOA1, and I just wanted to hear some experiences or see people's timelines from anyone who went through the K1 visa program bringing in a Canadian. My fiance is Canadian, and I'd love to hear anything about your story It'll help me ease up a bit during the waiting process to hear how things went! Hi, and welcome to VJ. I'm a Canadian citizen, the beneficiary, and am moving to the US in a couple of weeks with my K-1 visa. From my signature you can see my timeline from our initial NOA1 to successful interview which was 6 months. I had my interview in Vancouver. Once you enter your timeline, you can check other people's timelines for an idea of how long the process is on average.

There is a Canadian forum on this site as well, which you will find very helpful and where you can ask about specific items unique to Canada and the Consulates there.

Don't forget the guides located above! They're your most important first step to accessing information about the visa process!
