Folks am very ill need to travel back home for medical treatmemt is very urgent and I have been to four hospitals here in the states and my condition still worse besides my aos date of biometrics is out for employment but I do not have a I131 travel document my wife is crying everyday I feel bad we wanna know what can we do asap for me to travel and be able to come back please help about what we need to do

Do you have health insurance in the U.S.? If not, have you been to the healthcare.gov website? There is still time to sign up to get coverage this year if you sign up by the end of March.

Did you file for advance parole, but just did not get it yet? Make and infopass appointment to get emergency AP, if you leave without AP or your GC you will have to start all over again.

I read u can apply for an emergency AP (travel document) with your medical proof. and u could get it same day.

How do I go by applying the emergency travel document I do have medical proof.
