You obviously don't know what it's like to be black. WIth your proper sentence structures and coherent posts, you're not black, you opaque or something. I'll voice my concerns about black people to folks to the professionals.

What you don't get is.... I have been hearing this stuff since I was in second grade, I (and many people) are sick of hearing about your plight, to me you don't have a plight... your Grandfather might have had a plight but not one of those 200 kids and the tens of thousands of similar examples... have a plight that is not self imposed.

All this talk about racism and oppression in 2014 is so over the top that the circle of people listening is getting smaller and smaller.

Because we all know that morals can only be taught by fathers. Single mothers are the only people who produce "bad" kids. It's a fact in lostinblueland.

Single Mothers need our Support (programs).

When ever this topic is raised it is always spoken of as if the troubling conditions are separate from the students.

As if they were shoved into a dark place and if someone would just turn the light on everything would change.... when the truth is they keep stealing the lightbulb.

The school can not fix all the problem but millions of Black kids have gotten inferior educations because DWL (disingenuous White Liberal) insist all Black kids must be educated no matter their conduct. Consequently, not only are few people getting educated but the whole of the Student body is effected by the culture and disruption of the worst 20%

I love it when kids dont fit the "norm" they are disruptive or shunned. This is why there are s o many mass shootings at school. I remember I was told my daughter was disruptive because she liked to sit on one foot. I asked is her foot bothering the teacher? She said kids behind her couldnt see. I said well move her to the side. A 4th grader at the read, reading on a 7th grade level is disruptive because she sits on her foot? Then, she eats breakfast slow. I said ok. I will give her breakfast at home. Well thats not right Janelle. Well whats wrong I asked. If she is still eatibg breakfast but not at school. Your complaint is now eliminated.

People want kids to be zombies. Shhhh shut up, dont say a word for 8 hours and dont move. Lets give them 15 minutes of P.E. kids are going to be kids. Now we just have grumpy kids who parents stuff ADHD and ADD medicines down these kids throats and they dont really need it. The teacher says so, then you have Columbine, Denver and everything else.

Parenting is only one aspect. Anyone who has been a parent of an adolescent knows the limitations that parents have on the behavior of your children. But assuming that we agree (yes, parenting is important) and you are in favor of policies that help families with young children, then which policies do you support?

Those policies which encourage Mothers and fathers of children to be married and stay married.

Look closely ay any policy which makes comfortable the path of doing the wrong thing (having kids out of marriage).

No longer allow children to be used as hostage. (Pay me or my child suffers).

Meeting their demands only puts more kids in that situation.... they tend to replicate the same lifestyle.

There is no perfect policy where someone does not get taken care of or gets left behind but when you look at the numbers of people on longterm and short term assistance,

from the grocery store to the jail house, they are in large margin the product of fatherless children.

We must loose this recent notion that society should not be judgmental.

Societies judgement does what no law can, prompt people to do the right thing.

IN my fathers time, a man simply being divorced was excluded from serving as a board member, or as a civi leader.

While that might have been excessive, it was also an era where few men walked out on their family... where illegitimacy was like 2%

where Children benefited from such social and family stability.

Those days are long gone and they ain't coming back... we are way to divided (in every way) to ever see that again. No we will have to ride this to the bottom and keep convincing ourselves it was worse back then.

Though...

Revolutions have a way of awakening things in a people... things no one even knew were there. (both good and bad)
