Morals need to be introduced at a young age. I wonder how many of these thugs had a father in their lives.

Because we all know that morals can only be taught by fathers. Single mothers are the only people who produce "bad" kids. It's a fact in lostinblueland.

I am sure all these college students were from single parent homes.

You just reFuse to believe that race does not play a part in people's behavior. Their circumstances and peers do however.

If single mothers are to blame, how does that explain me? Am I living a lie? Am I supposed to have no morals?

Danno, here is a look into the psychological aspects of why teenagers sometimes behave badly if you are sincerely interested:

Juvenile Delinquency Theories

childhood behavior has a lot to do with a poor environment, disrupted socialization or inadequate parenting the biosocial theory presents the fact that we must also take into consideration their genes, because that is what ultimately makes everyone unique and makes all individuals react to their environment differently. For example, a kid with a pathological trait such as a disability, an abnormal personality, brain damage or low IQ may be at high risk for committing crime. This risk is then increased by environmental stressors such as failure in school, bad parenting, substance abuse and delinquent peers.

There are many major social factors that are believed to cause or affect delinquent behavior such as social relations, community conditions, and level of violence, poverty, and racial disparity. All of these factors play a huge role in the way adolescents see their lives and help them turn to delinquent behavior. There are numerous amounts of sociological theories that can describe different ways a child can become delinquent. Here are some of the ones that are most important.

Social Disorganization theory is when a community reduces the chances of advancement for the children. For example, schools have high dropout rates, high levels of graffiti, high poverty levels and so on. Residents in these areas experience conflict and despair and as a result they turn to antisocial behavior. Strain theory states that when an individual has goals or has wants that the economic mainstream creates desirable and is unable to achieve the goals set before them in a legitimate way, the individual will find alternative ways of achieving his/her goals, usually turning to criminal behavior. Cultural Deviance theories explain that due to the draining lifestyle of kids living in deteriorated neighborhoods they turn to social isolation and delinquent behavior. These behavior explained in cultural deviance create subcultures such as gangs and cults in which these adolescents join to feel accepted, loved and a part of a group. When a society is creating conflict for a youth to achieve success, these teen experience status frustrations because they are not allowed to reach goals set by the larger society. (Siegel and Welsh, 2012).

Are you asking the intelligent people or are you asking Al and Jesse?

I'm asking Al and Jesse. What do you know about black people? Clearly, they know more than you. I mean, it's all they talk about. They care so much about our struggle, saying things like Detroit a city, polar bear hunting, slavery where black people owned slaves.

You obviously don't know what it's like to be black. WIth your proper sentence structures and coherent posts, you're not black, you opaque or something. I'll voice my concerns about black people to folks to the professionals. :ranting:

I think Jerry Springer and free-basing internet journalists are the credible sources used by Al and Jesse to come to the ultimate decision that all blacks and minorities have no morals and all children that come from single mothers are doomed to hell.

It's deeper than that. Most people know what's on TV isn't real life. Those two perceptions of us comes from somewhere else. I'd wager it's either passed down from the family or they've had a really bad experience dealing with black people. The hatred is too deep to be that superficial.

I vote family first. Nothing like dad taking his young Al and Jesse out and showing them the ropes. I say dad because a single mothers and women are so incapable I am sure she did not have tine to teach this hatred.

I'd second that notion. All mothers here are good for is birthing babies, after that, they don't matter.
