Hello forum..i am michael german married 3 years now (thank god happy) to an us citizen. Got the greencard and after 2 years we filed to remove condition 797 . All was fine until i made the biometric. I didnt hear from the office anymore so i called if all is ok they told me that all is fine i am in review and it can take awhile. That was in august last year. In september they sent me a letter with to give them evidence that i never recived. I still dont know what kind of evidence maybe because we had a change of adress that year they want to see we moved together. I dont know.My wife and i have most things that matter together. Accounts ,insurance, even a adopted daughter.

So in February we got a letter that we dont response in time so i been denied. Shock

So i called that i never got that letter i was waiting to continue the process that time so i took a lawyer to file i290

To reopen the case was they also denied yesterday. We argument that maybe because of our move the letter got lost. They say they can see in there files they sent to the right adress. So what now.

They say start the process again I485 and I130 is that right?? Because i saw under Status what do i put there?

Please help guys..thank you
