Hi Guys,

Believe it or not but my fiancé is not here yet, LOL

He was missing NSO documents and finally US Embassy received them on July 7. So now we are just waiting for the visa.

All I can do is just laugh and move on. Nothing we can do now but wait. Not goo for me to even get mad at my fiancé :ranting::ranting::ranting:

Well, its a long story but there was a confusion with his conversation with NSO and since he is already in the province, they could not contact him on his cell phone so they sent him an email instead.. Email sat there for a couple of weeks.

Now my questions is, how much longer US Embassy will process his application? from the date they received the NSO Re verification on July 7

A few more weeks from July 7. Keep monitoring CEAC.

Just checked CEAC and the updated dates changed from July 7 (that's when US Embassy received the NSO Reverification Form), then it changed again to July 8. Its been on July 8 until today when I checked - its now showing updated date July 15. Hopefully it means soon :dancing:

As long as you are seeing "movement" on CEAC then your in good shape. Relax soon this journey will move to the next step and the waiting begins again. Lol. We just heard today that my wife's green card has been approved and it is in the mail. That was another 6 month wait but for some it will turn into a year. Then there is ROC after that then Nat after that. So learn from this experience that patience is needed every step of the way.

Thanks Greenbaum!!!! You are right... more patience is needed in this process. I just want my fiancé to get his visa so he can come here with me. I guess there are more process we have to face once he is here in the US but at least we are together and not apart.

I just checked the CEAC website and still shows July 15 last updated date. Maybe his visa is in the process of being issued? I hope

Just be patient. I have noticed a few others that got 221g's are waiting longer also. Tossing around "two weeks" as the normal wait is just estimating, that time frame is not based on anything from the embassy. I have seen some wait well over a month.
