How should I answer Part3, question # 9 about resided at any othet address since becoming a permanent resident? Our home base is in one state but I am a contractor so we move around from job to job in different states. Does anybody have any advice?

That was a problem for us too. We have lived at several addresses in different states. I submitted a list of addresses at which we have lived and mentioned it in my cover letter. Afterwards I realized I had missed a couple. I'm not too concerned about it because I can explain it if they want to interview us. I am just showing my wife our country.

Do you have an anchor address? What is your tax domicile? Do you have an address that you use for tax and insurance purposes, someplace where you get your mail? If so, I would use that.
