Production of new card?!

Hi everyone,

When I was checking my status last week, the "Initial Review" circle was solid, I understand that means my application was still in the process of reviewing.

But I checked my status for I-751 just now, none of the circles of "Acceptance", "Initial Review", "Decision", "Post Decision Activity" is solid. However, below it states " we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you".

Does it mean my application has approved, and I'm going to receive my 10 years green card?
