G325A question

What does this mean " Submit two completed and signed Forms G-325A, Biographic Information; one for you and one for your beneficiary. Except for name and signature, you do not have to repeat the information given on your Form I-129F."

Does it mean I only need to put my name and signature on the Form G-325A. I am the petitioner.

Thanks!

There are questions on the G-325A that are not on the I-129F, so it would not be a repeat. I would not just put your name and sign the form. You should fill it out. It is a short 1 page form anyway.

Both of you submit fully completed and signed G325a forms. Plus the fully completed 129f .....plus more documents.

Read the Guides and follow the Example Forms....links at the top of this page.
