An undeliverable mystery

Perhaps you can help me. We recently got an email from USCIS about an "undeliverable" notice, but I have not been able to find out what the notice contained.

We got our initial Notice of Approval from USCIS in February and have since received a communication from the consulate (in Guangzhou), asking for DS-160 and so on, so it appears that our application is on track, despite the mysterious undeliverable.

When I called USCIS, all the agent could tell me was that the undeliverable did not refer to an interview notice, but beyond that, she was not much help. How can I find out what this undeliverable was? Will USCIS re-send it, now that I have cleared up the address problem?
