So long she's divorced before you got engaged it shouldn't be a real problem. If you got engaged when she still was legally married it will be.

A short courtship or overlapping relationships are red flags. It can be overcome with good proof of a bona fide relationship.

I had overlap due to an extended divorce/separation. We had to provide a timeline and excellent proof of our relationship, which we could because we were living together before we got married. Be ready to address red flags but a genuine relationship with good proofs of relationship can help.

I got engaged before my divorce got finalized. The CO asked me dates when I got engaged and got divorced, I told him honestly. As long as everything is genuine and you are able to prove that it is then I don't think that is much of a problem! I got approved a visa.
