Hi ,

I need your help regarding my query. I applied for the petition I-751 for removal of conditions on my green card. I filled the form correctly and included all the required documents. I mailed the package and it reaches too. But I forgot to include the biometric check of $85 in the package. I remembered it when I saw it lying on my table. However, I have included the $505 check. Could anyone please help me . what will happen now? How can I send the $85 check. Really appreciate your help in this regard.

Your package will likely be returned to you in its entirety due to insufficient funds. Hopefully you didn't leave it until the last minute to apply for RoC.

It'll get rejected, returned to you, and you'll have to resubmit it with the proper amount.

Just write one check for the combined amount, will ya?

you packet will be returned. But luckily you have enough time to re-submit. You need to fill out the first page on i-751 and send it back with proper amount.

I have almost similar case as you do. I filed on march 3th and the packet was returned but unfortunately my Cond. card expired on march 5th. So i sent the packet back by week late.
